Black and Green

Not to be confused with the rather popular Green and Blacks organic chocolate!
Today on my way home from work I was struck by the contrast of the burnt and blackened Mount Gabriel and the fresh green willow leaves! This mountain was burnt deliberately about a month ago, a fire so big and intense that the whole sky was lit up with an orange glow, visible from my home twelve miles away.
Feeling a bit frazzled this evening after a long day at work, collecting teenagers and getting myself together for my early morning departure, off to France tomorrow for a week, so may be back blipping when I'm home!
