calendar cleverness

One of my recent assignments at school has been to the calendar committee. We've sort of been charged with making sense of a rather unruly and totally over-scheduled calendar. It's a tough job...but with these magic wands, our Academic Dean thinks we can achieve great things. We'll see! We will at least have a lot of laughs trying.
