Impermanence
Nothing is here forever. Street Art doubly so.
Its very impermanence is its very charm.
It lies not dead in some gallery but is alive on our streets.
The same applies to us too but in an inverse way it seems.
The faster you go the less real you are.
The cars don't show up. The people inside them even less so. They are invisible.
People rushing are just a blur.
Folks who stop for a moment begin to appear as if, maybe, for a brief moment, they are as permanent a fixture as the street art they are viewing.
PS. Thanks to Joe for the tip off last night where this was going to appear. Gave me the chance to think about what I was going to photograph the next morning. As I dozed off last night it came to me to take my tripod and make the people less permanent than the art for a change. Hope folks enjoy today's blip.
I did think about Black & White but I went for colour in the end.
