Sure they're safe?

Distance 3.1 miles
Top Speed Walk. Slipped backwards down a bank whilst trying to shut a ridiculously placed horse gate and has pulled something, not sure what. Ended up walking back with her on foot. After trotting up, etc, have concluded not too bad and she confirmed this by haring off up the field to her mates! Have had no text saying she's come in hopping ~ so fingers crossed. First time out in what must be a month too!
