Somewhere over the Rainbow

This looked a lot better in colour, maybe I shouldn't stick to black and white. Would love to have it in monchrome and just have the rainbow curved across the sky in glorious colour but I have no idea to do that. Have got CorelDraw but don't know how to use it!
