Sparrows

Managed to get our resident pair of sparrows feeding together. Did have a goldfinch earlier, but I preferred the composition of this shot with the matched pair.
Didn't pick up my camera yesterday as I had one of the worst migraines that laid me out for the day. Today was much better, especially when a new lens arrived from Lens for Hire. I've borrowed a Canon 100 - 400 L series telephoto to take up the Lakes and Scotland tomorrow, so it was good to have a play before we packed everything.
Looking forward to blipping some shots from our trip, the forecast shows some "interesting" skies and weather on its way.
