'I found it!'

So I watched this squirrel find a walnut he/she had buried by the front door, run up the tree, eat it, run down, then he spent a good five minutes digging and burying it's head in the soil until it found exactly what it was looking for!

So after a week off from C25K I got back to week 3... Oh dear lord, I need to grow a pair and run properly outside so my shins don't die.
