Entry 609 - Health & Safety

This morning as I was leaving for uni, a lady from Lambeth Living (owned by Lambeth Council) had a word about my bike. She said that I wasn't to leave it here (outside my flat in the picture) as it was a health and safety risk and people may trip over it.

How. Utterly. Ridiculous.
