Arrived in Berlin tonight to visit my daughter who lives there, teaching in a kindergarten. this was the gift from the owner of the very smart apartment we stayed in. The flat had a loft style bed, which my husband had always admired. Sadly, I think we may have left it a little late to try one - the ladder seemed very steep when going down it for a loo visit in the night!
