Next on the spring list...

...are lilacs! We've done the daffs, the tulips, oh loads of tulips, and now we have an abundance of blooming, growing things to enjoy and to blip. This is a lilac not far from our house. We do have a lilac, a white one*, but I had to buy anti-fungal spray and spray it today. It was looking a bit sickly..and that's what the garden guy said to get. So, I could use it today because our hot, summer days are over for now and we are back to cool, cloudy and soon, rain.

We will be visiting the Hulda Klager Lilac Farm sometime in the next few weeks, when the lilacs are in full glory. Then I will tell you all about Hulda Klager, and I'm sure you're dying to know what that is all about. :)

A quiet day...watching birds and looking and photographing flowers. A few household chores thrown in for good measure.

*Funny story, that. I wanted purple, tag said purple. Surprise! White.
