My Tuesday night yogis!

These kids are amazing!

They are all competitive swimmers and come to me every Tuesday evening for a little yoga. Considering they are up very early every morning to swim before school and swim again after school, they still manage to work hard for me. They are so much fun to teach and we have a giggle along the way, which is inevitable with four teenagers in one room!!

I feel that they give me so much more than I give them :)
