Only One Gramma

Sam and Anna have only had one Gramma their entire life. And she's always been smiling. Even in the hospital.

A fall in her apartment bought her two nights at Swedish Medical Center. Although they couldn't find any physical issues it seemed to have brought on more confusion.

Inspite of it all, she smiles, enjoys her grandkids and makes the best of it. We could all learn a bit from her.
