Giving Me the "Hawkeye"!

In the aftermath of our springtime snowstorm, it seems many of my little birdie friends are acting quite tame!

This morning, this little bird, whom I think is a female House Finch, sat on top of the bird feeder, staring into the house! The little bugger didn't even budge when I came close enough to take her photo!

Please forgive all the smudges and yuckie junk on my window. That is the downside of having a feeder attached to the window. The birds often use the window to wipe their beaks off and other times, they get into a "spat" with the birdie in the window, rubbing suet and seed gunk from their beaks all over the place!

I just loved the look on this little girl's face!
