Another day out about with our French chap.

A wonderful friend of my Niece helped the lads to new heights. Just stretch up and twist, with your weight leaning into the wall and use your third hand to grab on and relax. Erm?

2 very tired lads had a lot of fun.

Had the extreme bonus, of having lunch with two nieces and 1 nephew and A brother.

Out for a lovely cycle with the last of the evening sunlight. A great day had by all.
