Parsley Tree

Despite the cold wind blowing across the land the last few days (colder now than in January actually) this lush growth of parsley has sprung up in the polytunnel. What a wonderful invention for this climate - a few hoops of metal covered in plastic - and it creates a semi-tropical climate inside! Really!
