Heads just Keep Falling on my Raindrop

Well, I think I've got my Mojo Back!

Was sitting at home work away when I stopped for lunch and started wondering what to do for today's Blip, then it hit me like a bolt of lightning!! Photograph the raindrops on the patio doors. Very topical with this pants weather.

I set up the camera on the tripod and snaped a frame, problem was if i focused on the rain drops so they were sharp, it was boaring, If i focused on the image being magnified in the raindrops, that was messy as the garden is full of fence, trampoline and stuff that is just not interesting, thats when I thought about putting myself in danger for my art!! I set up an object in the garden, focused on that through the raindrops then with the Infra red remote trigger in hand I took the place of the object and Bobs your uncle.

Obviously I have rotated the image 180 deg so I appear the right way up just to make more sense of the shoot.

Feels good to be back on form and I didn't even have to leave the house.
