Aira Beck

I spent most of today at Aira Force shooting photos for my final major college project, which is going to be a time lapse. This is High Force and is the second biggest fall on Aira Beck, not to be mistaken for High force in Durham.
For this frame I combined two shots in Photoshop like I usually do when my ND filters won't make the cut. I think I'm addicted to photographing flowing water, this is the second day this week I've just ended up taking photos of waterfalls.
One thing that gives you a bit of an edge when taking photos like this is not to fear embracing the water, within reason (you wouldn't want to see your camera flowing off to join the ocean.) Always wear your neck strap!
