here come the santini tomatoes!

ok April showers, you've had your fun, now sod off! really wanted to walk to work this morning, as it was nice and dry when i got up. by the time i left home, it was beating off the ground, and it's hardly stopped all day. the thing is it's gone cold too! big coat out, yet again.

before i left for work, i checked on my seedlings planted last Monday, my santini tomatoes. here they come! it's exciting to think in a couple of months time i'll be picking beautiful gold and red tomatoes straight from the greenhouse. this picture aint perfect, as i couldn't get my angle totally right. i love the tiny seedling so delicate at this stage, which i now must nurture and look after.

ok day at work, bit of a catch up day. went out across town in the afternoon for a meeting, got soaked on the way there, and lovely sunshine on the way back. by the time home-time arrived it was chucking it down good and proper!

when i re-read my blips for the past couple of weeks, most mention rain, and to think this time last year we were gearing up for another bank hol, for the Royal Wedding, and i was wearing shorts clearing a pallet of top soil! oh the hot old days!

early night tonight, as i feel totally zonked! horlicks light won't be needed tonight!
