Stormy Cloud
Today we went on a 10 mile round trip hike in the Rocky Mountain National Park. It was long and exhausting but the views were worth the effort of climbing to the top. Within 5 hours we experienced three seasons. Driving in it was warm and sunny. Once we got a few minutes into the trail we saw a lot of yellow and red aspens. On our way down from the mountain it started snowing, which I prefer over rain. Luckily we were almost back in the trees and safe from lightning.
I summitted Halletts Peak, which stands at 12,800FT.
Overall it was an amazing expirience!!!
This picture was taken from the top. There were rain clouds all around us but luckily we managed to escape most of them.
