Cakey Pig

I wasn't going to blip today. It's been raining most of the day and with everything soggy and bathed in an unflattering grey light, I was lacking inspiration.

I had a lovely evening though and I now feel inclined to blip after all. So I present to you...... a piece of Bakewell slice! Made by me on Monday night.

I confess that...having a very sweet tooth....I like it :-) And I have had good feedback so I think I can declare it a success :) x
