My venue for the day

Was on a study day today at the New Holmwood Hotel in Cowes, the study day was on Diabetes a huge subject! was really interesting and they supplied a nice lunch as always :-) but the afternoon lecture was hard going, as always after lunch.

But lots of wind and rain today so a good place to be really! Had a close parking spot as well :-))

Brain aches just now though ;-/ but I think it needed exercising really.
