Silverweed

A quick morning visit to the beach and this pretty flower was growing on the pebbles just above the high tide line.

A busy day but without the predicted storms , maybe they are yet to come. Colm took his french oral exam today and seemed pleased at how it went.I'm working on laying a pipe to take water down to the tunnel. That involves burying about 100 metres of alkathene pipe, snaking around obstacles. But I do have my 2 german wwoofers doing the heavy work, so I'm cheating a bit. We're also laying a path across a newly planted bit of grass to make it easier walking down to feed the animals. And Fionn just phoned to say that the President ate a meal at the hotel where he works and he( Fionn, not the president) cooked the President's starter!! He also commented that he ( the President) is tiny!
