Out in the river

Had a paddle in the river to get a different view of the Skunk Cabbage. As you can see, one yellow flower is surrounding one of the spadix the other one was washed away about 2 weeks ago.

Decided to take this today just in case we have heavy rain and the level of the river increases and there would be no way I would venture in for a paddle.....cannot swim lol
