Lunch-time

The beauty of Guernsey is never being more than 2 miles from a beach.
So at lunch-time Tracy and I often pop down to the beach for an icecream or a kiosk for a sandwich, always sometimes followed by a walk.
Today the weather was glorious (if a bit windy - fast ferries cancelled for the second day on the trot) so we took a short stroll at L'Eree and had an icecream.
Tracy continues to get better slowly and I convinced her of the need to increase her sugar and calcium intake - hence the 99 with flake.
Shame the kids missed out, but they are at school!
