Fresh onion bread, with sunflower and flax seeds

Felling glum. It's taken 6 men to fell one of the sycamore trees outside by the river bank near my flat today. It must be around 60 ft. tall and over 3ft wide: it's just coming into leaf. It only happens to be near an overland water drain - why couldn't they move the drain instead??

Indoors I was busy making chocolate truffles and fresh onion bread. They're for selling at a food festival in Bakewell on Sat.
