Better Day

Well, kinda. At least we got a glimpse of blue skies and sunshine today inbetween the torrential downpours :) I stopped at the ruined church on the way home from helping out at the school this morning & took a few few pics of this fab flower.

It was the first evening of my photography course last night and I really enjoyed it too. We learnt about apertures, ISO, shutter speed, iconography and each other. Nothing too in depth as it was the first lesson but I do have homework!! I also had to leave early as due to my car's headlight's deciding not to work, I had to be home before it got dark. Thankfully, the nights are pretty light now and I got away with only missing 15 minutes of the lesson. I am so looking forward to next week :) :)
