Abstract Weir

Wow more and more rain today. Went to quote on a river job in the Eastern most parts of Mid Wales today in a place called Presteigne or FUP as I know it (long story but it stands for F****d Up Presteigne). The River Lugg always one of my favourites was in full spate and the very idea of surveying it laughable at the moment.
This mad watery mess is a weir and the tube of water was about 6 foot long and rather brown so I give it maximum tonal contrast for interest and got rid of the brown by making it black and white.
Anyway not a particularly brilliant shot but lets hope for an end to the rain soon.
