Not to be too much of a moaney git but in the words of John McEnroe, "You gotta be kidding me"! It's been like Armageddon most of the day here.

On the "bright" side, I took heed from some of the ladies at my old running club who countered my negativity towards running in the rain with "You'll no rust", and braved my first jog in ages. Actually quite nice although the feeling of bleeding lungs towards the end was a small negative: need to try to build up my fitness again.
