Red on Black in Rain

Well the title says it all really, have seen red with the company who provides ( or doesn't of late ) my mobile phone and mobile internet coverage. Doing improvements and maintenance they say is why you have no coverage! then why did you not warn users in the area? Two more days of it to come, as with the drought no sight in end. Land work at a halt again so cleaning out grain shed ready for harvest. Thinking of making a submersable combine in the workshop next week!
