Brewery Tour - Wychwood

The brewing group I am part of in Oxford had arranged a tour of the Wychwood Brewery in Witney.

We toured there several years ago, and wanted to go back. As we know how to brew we like to get the actual brewer to talk to us (rather than a tour guide) and we ask lots of awkward questions. Dave the brewer (far right) was quite nervous of touring us, and we went off the usual tour track by going up to their laboratory (for testing the beer) and poking around in the ingredients to see what particular hops they were using.

In all fairness they were very open, very pleased to see us and share a beer and talk to us about their work, and our hobby. It was a good way to spend a few hours.
