Alibug

Found this bug in the garden today when I was in search of some inspiration for today's picture. Done a lot of pics of flowers lately so this makes a nice change. I have no idea what it is though. It looks a bit like something you'd imagine to come from outer space! I was rather apprehensive about getting close to it.
