Quality Time

Tonight Christopher went straight to respite for tea again.
I asked Rach what she wanted to do with the few hrs we had, she asked to go to the play area, unfortunatly it was closed so we went to Brooklyns rest for tea, Tony got home early so he met us.
We had a nice relaxing time and a good meal, we then went next door to the ice cream parlour for our desert, Rach likes to have a moustache and beard, I had fudge and Tony had Rum and raisin, all very nice.

Picked Chris up at 6 he had another good visit but refused to go to the table for tea tonight, straight to youth club and then home for 8.30.

Circuit training tonight it was a killer as I am still aching from Monday and my walk on Tues, think I'll struggle to get out of bed in the morning.
