Next Week

Well Rancho Gordo is back on track. Finally got the crown moulding finished this afternoon. Got a small bit tomorrow which is easy (and mainly hidden) and then it's done.

New kitchen counters turned up as well, so stress there is off now. Plus it means we can get on with a bunch of jobs that had been held up by that - eg installing the kitchen.

Planning on having the plumbing done and dusted tomorrow, so may be an afternoon under the house. To to find the hot and cold pipes and tie into them (somehow), and sort the waste pipe out as well for both the new kitchen sink and the washer outlet.

I'm hoping that will go fairly easily, but we'll see.

Probably got to work most of the weekend to get Rancho done, tidy up on Monday, and extract some tenant cash in 2 weeks for it.

But the sign above is the next project, kinda. I might get a couple of days with Loop before I have to transfer to my parents house which needs a bit of work. 2 weeks on that, and then back to Loop....

Really looking forward to working on Loop - for other reasons than first expected.
