Patterns of Light

I had three appointments today, one in a country town and the other two in Christchurch. I avoided earthquake ravished parts of the city, but the traffic on main routes seemed very heavy to me. There was a warm nor'wester and hot sunshine. I could have done with summer clothes on.

I've come home feeling exhausted, and disappointed that my new glasses were not ready. I'll have to wait another two weeks for them.
