Could that be Charlie Chaplin waiting for a bus?

I spotted this happy chappie looking at me from the bus stop, on the way to the hospital yesterday.
Unfortunately, I didn't have my camera with me, but I had already posted my blip anyway, so I popped back this morning before the rain started again!
I do not agree with graffiti, but this did make me smile and brightened my mood.
I just hope he doesn't have to wait too long before the bus arrives!!!!!!!
