Apple blossom in the rain

It was wet this morning, wet while I was in the outdoor pool (no problem as I was wet anyway) and wet over lunchtime. We have a small patch of dry weather so I ventured out into the garden.

I did stalk my ladybirds as ever - one very wet shot upside down in the monkey puzzle and one looking washed out in the sage - but I couldn't resist this apple blossom with the pure raindrops. Try the larger version too.

They say tomorrow will be better weather and that we had better enjoy it as it's going to be bad again on Sunday and Monday and.........
