Bizarre Slippers

Apologies for the awful photo but I haven't been well today and it's better than a black mark on the calendar right?

However, there is a nice story behind these slippers. One day, out of the blue, our landlord called in for a visit with his wife and son. They stayed for about 5 minutes and gave the 3 of us a pair of slippers each. How nice. And what superb slippers they are.

Also, don't you think this photo is a bit weird - like they could be arms instead of ankles....
