Notice

I handed in notice of my resignation today. Is definitely time to move on, I'm in no doubt it's the right thing for me to do. So why do I feel so guilty about those I leave behind?! My departure will make some problems for my boss and peers as with the offshoring exercise underway he may not be allowed to backfill my role. I realise it's not my problem but it doesn't make me feel any better about it.

Still, give it a few days once I've got used to the idea I'll be feeling better about it.
