I had my appointment with the cardiologist this morning which went well. Walking away I felt so relieved. I think I had been worrying about it for a long time.

Doggo and I went for a wonderful walk in the sun. We had the beach to ourselves for ages and he had great fun racing up and down the dunes. He also seemed to bring most of the sand home with him....
