A Quiet Chat

After nearly two days of incessant rain, the sun put in a watery appearance at lunchtime today and before long the local population were out and about walking, jogging and sometimes just sitting and enjoying the afternoon. This gentleman followed me on my walk, eventually moving off in a different direction. When I next saw him he was sitting down and chatting with a lady who was also out taking the sun. We are like flowers I suppose. We curl up in the wind and wet but the light soon cheers us up.

By the way, the watery blob yesterday was a small white van!
