I can't get the wiglet to install

Something rather unusual happened today. I was doing my usual dash around and having seen that the bus I was on was going to miss the bus to take me home, rather than try to plan the best route while managing to find some essential bargain which we ahem really need, I went for a ten minute walk with the sole aim of taking a photo. Yes this is a rare one.

It was sunny but the Water of Leith is very high.
