South Galson

An early morning blip today (07.30) to catch the light from the east. This is part of the village of South Galson, where I stay. The village stretches in from the main road (where I am standing) towards the shore (which runs SW-NE along the Atlantic. So this is approximately looking westwards, towards Canada. My house is the yellow-walled set of buildings on the left, surrounded by small trees. The crofts run up the hill behind the houses. It's in the far north-west of the Isle of Lewis, but I couldn't imagine living much further south...
