Preparations

I haven't been able to upload this blip yet in case Beth saw it! But on Thursday evening Sarah and I decorated the cake ready for Beth's birthday party on Friday. Things got pretty messy; neither of us are especially gifted in this department, so it was interesting! I got my cardigan in the icing but I think that was the worst damage. We thought we'd tidied up well but we had a text from Beth in the morning saying there was suspicious white dust and blobs of pink everywhere; my story was that my smallgroup from church had been round and made revision snacks, Sarah went for 'it snowed and we had a fight and Chlöe bled.'
