Fluffy Bug with Wings

Bit of a lazy day today, finished nights at 7am, caught a few hours kip and then spent most of the day doing not very much at all!

Whilst taking out the rubbish to put in the wheelie bin I noticed this little fellow on the brick work outside the front door.

My bug knowledge is non existant, any ideas what it is? It was very fluffy!

Had a lovely 'Come Dine With Me' evening last night at A's house, yummy food, good company!
