Chuffed!

One of the advantages of working for Oxfam is the constant delight and amusement to be had from some of the more eccentric donations. This book was unearthed this morning. Inside the dustjacket it read, (ladies take note), "Swift's 'The Benefit of Farting' argues eloquently, in a forceful a posteriori fashion, that most of the distempers thought to affect the fairer sex are due to flatulences not adequately vented."
