spring is back

in all its glory! It has been a fabulous day of sunshine and, after giving up on the forecast about a fortnight ago, I had a look today and it seems it is here to stay for the forseeable future! These mums will be glad they held on to their lambs until the storms had passed. Got the shoes! and visited Grandad, and ran 6 miles feeling fit so a good day.
