It's your last morning in Belfast and you have 10 minutes to get the day's picture. What do you do? No problem. Finish breakfast, leave the restaurant, exit the hotel, cross the road, walk 50 yards to the left and this is what you see . . . the magnificant Grand Opera House, 117-years-old and fully restored after being bombed in 1991 and 1993, and damaged several times when the Europa Hotel - Europe's most bombed hotel - had been targeted. In fact, not only did the Europa Hotel survive the Irish Troubles, it also survived two presidential visits by Bill Clinton. And one by me . . .
