Lost another 2lb.....

I don't know how this happened but I lost another 2lb while I was on my cruise, even though I ate for Britain while I was away, 5st 8lb loss to date.

I thought I would record my lowest weight for almost 16 years, I might even reach my surgeons target weight if I keep it up of 14st 7lb by July 30th.

Today we searched for new carpet, and finally we settled on one which was reasonably priced with a 15 year guarantee for stain resistance.
The three piece suite will be delivered on 11th May providing the carpet is laid down and fitted. So today is good day, Mrs BM has made inroads to the Massive pile of washing and ironing, we are now relaxing.
