Pastoral Scene

After yesterdays rather late and lazy blip I thought I should at least try to leave the house today.

I love the layers of straw, grass and sky in this pastoral scene, especially with the blue sky we had this morning. It was a winter sky though, and I felt the cold while I was out of the car snapping. I'm not sure this has come out as well as I would have liked, but I think I like it enough to blip it...

MrsCyclops has been blipping depressing roadworks in the city, so at least I am providing an antidote!
