What am I thinking of!

Yesterday I did the 270 mile round trip to Newark Air Museum and back, as in yesterdays blip. All the way there and back I kept seeing lambs in the fields with their mother Ewes. Lovely sight which I really love every Springtime.

Today that thought came back to me again as I'm preparing the leg of lamb that was taken out of the freezer yesterday in preparation for today's dinner !

Am I a hypocrite or do I just love Lamb and Mint Sauce MMMMMmmmmm !
